PURPOSE
The purpose for processing personal data is to ensure that the facilities and the people inside are kept safe by means of surveillance cameras.
PERSONAL DATA RETENTION PERIOD
The images recorded will be deleted automatically within one month. If any criminal behaviour is detected in the recordings, the images may be extracted and saved for a longer period of time.
LAWFULNESS OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
The legal basis for processing your data will be compliance with a mission of public interest (article 22.1 of Spanish Organic Act 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights). Said interest consists in ensuring the safety of people, assets and facilities.
Furthermore, signs are displayed at the facilities warning that surveillance cameras are being used.
RECIPIENTS OF YOUR DATA
The images may be shared with Law Enforcement and/or Courts, either upon requirement or when criminal behaviour is detected.
No other data disclosures are envisaged, other than to comply with legal obligations.
RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
All persons are entitled to seek confirmation as to whether or not Animua, S.A. is processing their data.
Data subjects are also entitled to access their personal data and to seek the amendment of any imprecise data, where applicable, or to seek the deletion thereof, for instance, when said data are no longer needed for the purposes for which they were gathered.
In specific circumstances, the data subjects may:
Seek that the processing of their personal data be limited, in which case we will retain them solely for the purpose of filing or defending claims.
Oppose the processing of their personal data on the grounds of their personal situation. In this case, Animua, S.A. shall refrain from processing their data except under legal imperative and for the purpose of filing or defending claims.
By virtue of the right of portability, data subjects are entitled to seek that their personal data be transmitted to another data controller in a common, structured and mechanically readable format.
EXERCISING RIGHTS
The data subject may exercise their rights by sending a written request to Animua, S.A., Plaça Urquinaona, 1, principal 2ª, 08010 Barcelona, Spain, together with a copy of their National ID or any other valid form of ID.
If the data subject considers that their rights have not been duly observed, they will be entitled to file a claim before the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
